Biography
Carol Meyer is a holistic health practitioner and owner of Healer One, a general energy medicine practice located in Neptune Beach, Florida. Carol incorporates both kinesthetic breathing and energy balancing techniques into her practice. Since beginning her practice over a decade ago, Carol has helped hundreds of members of her community to improve their physical and mental health.
Carol graduated from the Barbara Brennan School of Healing with a Professional Studies Graduate Degree. Her extensive training at Brennan included 4 years of course work and 200 hours of combined personal therapy and documented client sessions. Her thesis work explored the energy shift in children with enuresis. While Carol works with clients with many general health issues, her expertise is in working with clients who suffer from depression, trauma, and addiction.
Carol is a member of the Associated Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals and is a founding member of the Beaches Holistic Alliance, a holistic networking group in the Jacksonville Beaches area. She enjoys yoga, painting, jewelry making, going to movies and frequents many dog parks throughout Jacksonville with her dog-kids, Bodhi & Pearl.
